Dr. Gonzalez Rubio-Sanvicente is a Marine Biologist (UABCS) with a Master’s Degree in Coastal Oceanography (UABC) and a PhD in Natural Resources Sciences (CIBNOR). She is currently the Head of SEMARNAT’s Representation Office in Baja California Sur and previously served as Director of Climate Change at DGMAYRN, coordinating mitigation and adaptation actions and responsible for communicating environmental data on the international CDP platform for States and Regions of Latin America.
